Flutter those lashes!

Longing for a mascara that will provide you with full long lashes? Well, I discovered a little something that will help with what you've been longing for.

Mircoz is well known as a specialist in Lashes Treatment and Brow Extender products originating from USA.  They have been awarded exclusive partnership by the primary company in USA to distribute and market the products in Malaysia and released this special something which has been in the market for a while. It is called the Mircoz Mascara Lash Extender which comes in a set of 3:

• Mircoz Black Mascara (RM 69) – Black mascara

• Mircoz Lash Extender Volumising (RM 79) – creates full lashes, containing tiny BLACK fibers

 

• Mircoz Lash Extender Lengthening (RM 79)  - creates longer lashes made of tiny WHITE fibers

 Mircoz states:

The eyelash fibre includes pro-vitamin B enriched formula which cares for your lashes, enhancing their natural appearance. It acts as a conditioner that bonds to your lashes, feeding them the nutrients they need to grow long and lustrous.

 I came across this brand while holidaying in KL, Malaysia and discovered one of it's outlet in the Fahrenheit shopping centres located in Bukit Bintang and i must say, this product is amazing!

I was caught by this product by one of the salesgirls standing outside the outlet with lashes of up to 3cms! Although the set of 3 is recommended, I did come out purchasing 2x of Mircoz's Lash Extender Lengthening (white fibres) and was keen to try it out myself after she did a tutorial on me.
 
Below are 3 simple steps to follow:

BEFORE
No mascara

Step 1 - First, curl your lashes and apply mascara on top (1st layer of mascara)

 

Step 2 - While the mascara is still wet, apply Mircoz White Fibre mid way and to the tip of your lashes (1st layer of Mircoz). Apply the fibre while your mascara is still wet so that the fibre stays onto your lashes.

Step 3 - Finish by apply mascara on lashes (2nd layer of mascara)

Repeat the steps for more a dramatic result

 

In my case, I applied a 2nd layer of Mircoz White Fibre onto my lashes, followed by a 3rd layer of mascara on my lashes to finish. As the length of your lashes build up, it's best to use a heated eyelash curler.

RESULT!

 

Pros:

• Gives you longer, thicker lashes
• Another alternative to eyelash extensions and falsies if you don't prefer the two
• You can extend your lashes as long as you want

Cons:

• Time consuming
• Fibres fall into the eyes and can get irritating
• Fibres can get clumpy so it is important to have a lash comb ready to get it straight

Note:

Applying the lash extender for the first time may get messy and you will definitely get black and white fibres (which looks like powder when in contact with the skin) over your face. But after a number of practices, you will get a hang of it. If you have sensitive eyes, it's best to avoid this product as it may cause irritation.

There are other brands that have released similar eyelash lengthening products like Mircoz. One other brand i know is Shizen that has released a product that produces the same results. However, the difference between this brand and Mircoz is that they have a 2-in-1 product that lengthens and gives volume to your lashes.

I am always amazed at the ideas makeup companies come up with! I wonder, what is next?
